About me 

Hi there. My name is Josué Banda. I´m 20 years old. I´m student, cooker and animal lover.

I live in Houston. I have two beautiful cats, and a handsome man like my boyfriend. 

 

   Many years ago i discovered my passion for cooking, while my mother´s family has an afffection for cooking, i decided to follow their footsteps. I first learned to make salty food, such as pizzas, hamburgers, spaghetti, latin food, macaroni with chesse, and other things, then i wanted to try something more than common food food and i started cooking chinese food, spanish food, italian food. I had  compliments in everywhere, which prompted me to cotinue cooking for my boyfriend and my family. After that while i was watching a tutorial on YouTube about delicious Latin desserts, I wanted to try it, and luckily i ended up making Tres Leches which became my specialty. I made cupcakes, apple tarts, cherry tarts, pineapple tarts, and other desserts.

Currently i specialize in how to obtain the perfect cake, everyday my result is better.

I love putting my flavor, my Latin pride, my experience and of course the flavor where i´m at your table.
